We were well satisfied and very pleased to have found your Inn because we travel frequently. We experienced a broad range of accommodations. We keep a record of Holiday Inns and other locations by our standards of satisfaction. The morning we left Anderson I said to my wife, “They go on the Excellent List,” and she agreed. We both appreciate the way we were treated upon our arrival and again as we left. The breakfast and television lounge area was cozy and very nice maintained.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Anderson on November 24 - 26, 2004. We appreciated the hospitality of the Inn. It was clean, inciting, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Your staffs always checked with us to see if we needed anything and offered to do something that might make our stay more comfortable. During a ten-minute wait in the lobby, we were treated with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies right from the oven. The holiday season was busy, but I had to take the time to let you know that your staffs make us feel like very important people.

My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Anderson while passing thru on our trip to Alabama. I just wanted to let you know that you have terrific staffs working for you. They were very nice and treated us as we were at home. I wished I felt that welcome at all hotels but it is very seldom that you stay somewhere and be treated great! If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Anderson.
